500 - Error Go Back Home

Good day People.
My virtuemart site has this error... when someone puts in a wrong username / password it shows a 500 error Screen - GO BACK HOME.. (check attatched screenshot)
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Your template has inbuilt 500 error detction. For a critical (500) error you must check the server error log file for the reason.

Thanks for the quick response .. If the username is correct, it logs in. but when its wrong or incorrect, instead of showing an incorrect password screen, it goes to that 500 error screen.

So what does the error log say? You can also turn on debug in VirtueMart as that may help.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=121692
