Virtuemart 2.6.0 to 3.0.6

Hello Sir,
            I have upgraded joomla 2.5.28 to 3.4.0 and Virtue-mart 2.6.0 to 3.0.6 my site is not working, but joomla Administrator(backend) also not working.

I m going to backend some error came:

1. Components -> virtuemart  click here
An error has occurred.
404 Component not found
save and Save & close button is not working. please help me How to solved??

there are many many things that could have gone wrong .. my first try would be to reinstall vm and vm AIO again

as it appears to be just a test install start again after reading extensively how to upgrade and do it right this time --

How can anyone know what is wrong with your install by looking at a blank frontend?
