Limit the purchase of products by buyer

Good morning , may sound a little weird, but it is a sale of developments and what would need is to see how can I limit a buyer can only buy one unit of a product permanently. Ie if the buyer already bought a product not let him buy it back at a future purchase.

You are going to have to use some bespoke programming to do that, which will be quite complex.
