is it possible to design a Virtuemart Store in this style

You can style a store however you wish. The only limitations are imagination and skill levels. Select or write a suitable Joomla template and use template & css overrides to style the VirtueMart layout to match.

In this sample website which I provide has a state and Store Selection.

but i am not getting any feature like this in virtuemart

but this has nothing to do with VM - it is just a form selecting which shop to use..

You have to decide whether this is multiple VM shops they are directed to or a multi-vendor single shop..

But I think with your level of knowledge your taking on quite a difficult project .. you need to experiment to see what is possible in your case .  but above all do some planning as to how you want your shop/shops to operated

Not Using Multi vendor

I Just want to print the Store Name and Address on the VM Invoice, for this which component to use i am a bit confused

My first thought was using Chronoform, but how can i import Chronoform data to VM Invoice (Just for selected Store Name and Address)
