Hello all.  I am new to the forum.  I used to work at Etsy.com and am now building a customer intelligence app for eCommerce stores.  I'm interested to know what solutions VirtueMart stores are using for analytics and customer intelligence (or CRM, if you prefer)? I'm sure a lot of you have enabled Google Analytics, but I'm looking for more targeted apps.  Your help appreciated.
