How to make Manual Shopper number/ID

Hello,

I didnt find anywhere, so i decide to post a question!

J3.3.6 VM3.0.3

PROBLEM: I need to CHANGE MANUALLY SHOPPER NUMBER / ID of every client. I need it because in fact every client have his own document (contract) which has unique serial number. So i want to put it manually instead existing Shopper number / id.

How it can be done?

I am the author of the ordernumber plugin for VirtueMart.
My plugin can assign nicely auto-generated shopper numbers to new customers. It does not provide a way to let the shop owner manually change the customer numbers.

However, you can manually change the customer numbers (but not the customer IDs) in VM's backend. Isn't this what you were asking for?

Many thanks for replies! I always can make new shopper field with name SHOPPER CONTRACT NUMBER.
But if there is any possibility to make existing SHOPPER ID field manually changeable i would prefer that.
First of all because can easily find anybody in client base with just CONTRACT NUMBER (i mean its much more easy).
