Blank page in product area

Hello, after I have updated Virtuemart to the release 3.0.2, now in the pages of the products appear a blank page.

What is the problem and what can I do?

Looks like you have a problem with your template overrides. Try renaming your override directory [yourjoomlatemplate]/html/com_virtuemart  to force the use is VM's default display templates, and then work through the differences - or refer back to your template developer.

I have not com_virtuemart folder in [yourjoomlatemplate]/html/
Maybe something was lost in the installation?

Then maybe your developer modified the default files and did not override them, or the overrides are in a different directory. Difficult to work out with the way that template is coded.

It can't be a config issue... the content area of the page is completely empty of any html when on what I assume is a product detail
switch off sef while developing!

have u tried with a std. template  - protostar etc?
turned up debugging and reporting?

Hello,
with the standard template appears:
"The template for this page is not available. Contact the site administrator."
With the Protostar appears a blank page.

About the error log I looked but there is no reference to errors on those pages.

disabling the joomla sef and SH404 sef the page appears correctly

you can search the forum here on the various views about sh404sef and its usefullness.. 

and with JUST Joomla sef?

I have always had doubts about using these tools, SH404 has always created problems since the days of the older version of Joomla.
In this case, however, the pages of Virtuemart appear white even with the Joomla SEF.
