Missing seller shop logo in the header of the invoice? + birthday field show?

Hello everyone

I have a weird issue, i have change only some information on the shop seller information and now the seller / shop logo is not showing in the invoice?

As well i have add an new birthday field on the virtuemart config. and it is now showing on the invoice? how would it be possible to not show the birthday ?

this is only for my customer
