100% discount on product with no voucher code

For some reason a transaction on our website http://www.armysurplusonline.co.uk went through last night and the product was discounted 100% - this is strange as there are no discount codes set on this website.

VirtueMart 2.6.10

Joomla! 2.5.22

This is clearly an urgent problem so if someone could help we would be extremely grateful. I am assuming it is something to do with the way the product has been added but would appreciate any advice.

The only way I can simulate that is to set a price override for a product at 0.00001

You Joomla version should be updated as it is at risk of hacking. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

I have replaced the product and reset the price, also put through a sample purchase with no problems.

Can I assume the problem whatever it was has now dissapeared ?

No idea as a similar problem has never been reported here and I have never seen it myself.

And that is another reason why I am killing off the last of what was originally 20 virtuemart sites and moving the last one over to Prestashop. Its been an interesting journey but it's run it's course and I am officially leaving Joomla and Virtuemart and all the wasted hours behind me.
