you have so much crap going on on that site I wouldn't know where to start...

Is this a live site? what's it's versions and history?

You have live chat, no jquery, caching, 3rd party template, SEF, weird urls -- how could anyone help`?

would recommend a start from scratch with a clean install . this thing is probably broken beyond repair - unless u know it's history

I just looked. What an absolute mess! Parts of the database may be salvagable but a full rebuild by someone who knows what they are doing is the best approach.
