Automatic payment no working

Hello

I am using Joomla 2.5.18 and Virtuemart 2.6.4.  I have only one payment enabled and I unpublished all but this payment in the plugins.  I also have automatic payment selected and automatic shipping selected in config. 

It is still forcing my users to select a payment. 

Any ideas why this isn't working?

Some payment method plugins do not autoselect, mainly some of those those which require customer input such as a card number.
