Reviews not showing in backend (for customers who bought the product)

Hi everyone!

Joomla! 2.5.16
VM 2.0.24c
PHP 5.3.28

I have a problem with reviews and ratings on my site. They are enabled for shoppers who bought the product. I bought a product (as test) and I can write a review, after submitting I see confirmation that it was saved, but I don't see it on backend. After adding a review I can steel see a box to add a review and as far as I know I should see info, that I already added a review.
What is interesting, when I enable reviews and rates for registered users - then it all works fine - I can see them in backend and can publish them.

I tried to add review on beez5 template (no overrides)- no result
I have cleared joomla cache (site -> Maintenance -> Clear Cache) - no result
Joomla cashe is disabled

Anybody has an idea why is that happening?
