User registration option

I want to display the option of Create Account at the position where the Forgot Password option is displayed.

How can it be done.

Edit the components/com_virtuemart/views/user/tmpl/login.php and (probably) cart/tmpl/default.php and to change the layout and use the edited files as overrides.
