VM-Manufacturer (How to display all the product under manufacturer i selected?)

i display all the manufacturers  in my front-end what i want to happen is when i click on the manufacturer name all the products having that manufacturer will be display..

for example: SAMSUNG >> all the products manufactured by SAMSUNG will be display...

how could i do this... please provide step by step tutorial.. thanks
