Need order to go to fax & to show order details twice

Hi. I'm using Joomla 2.5 and Virtuemart 2.0.26d

I need each order to go to a fax & to show order details twice, so that it can be distributed to two different parts of production and saves A4 paper when printing. Each order will only contain 1 - 5 items. So if its possible to hack some code or something to make this work, my client would be very happy.
