Call to a specific Custom Field

In the Product Detail page I have a custom field called 'Item Size' that is displayed with the other custom fields in the default location. I would like to have that custom field display in a second location without having to do duplicate entry. Is it possible to, first, check if a specific custom field is used in a product and, if so, display only that custom field.
I tried looking through documents and other forums but they all seem to be incomplete or asking how to use the Layout Position. That led me to also ask if it's possible to assign multiple layout positions to a single custom field?

Either way would serve my purpose. Also, any other suggestions on how to accomplish this task would be appreciated.

EDIT: I would like to add, this is not a cart variant custom field, just detailed information about the products
