Disable first login possibility in virtuemart cart

Hello everybody

When people are ordering products at our shop and when they reach the cart they first have the possibility to login when they are already registrated.
I don't want this possibility, since when they continue they get in the next tab a possibility to login or registrate.

I have attached an example how it looks now and what I would like to remove (red box)

Can somebody help me with this?
