Ask a question button is not shown. . .

I m working in VM 2.0.20b. I want to enable Ask a Question button. Despite of enabling it from Configuration of VM, it is not being shown. Before i was running in store mode, now i am running it in catalog mode. but none helps. I dont want to sell products online. But i want that user sees product information and asks info about the product by clicking as a question.  And later on all shipping and payment process will be carried out manually.

Update1 :When i change template, the ASK A QUESTION link is appeared but when change back to the desired template, ASK A QUESTION IS HIDE AGAIN.  The template i use is: SJ_FASHIONSTORE

So you need to fix the VirtueMart template overrides used in your SJ template to include the code to show the ask question button.

I have somehow managed to edit the template file (default.php)in template/sj_fashionstore/productdetails. It shows Ask a Question Button now. But when i click it, it is redirected to the page (http://mohsinsons.mediasniffers.com/index.php/shop/your-choice/tops/red-bridal-wear-dress-detail/askquestion?tmpl=component) And redirected page is empty. No popup appears. Jenkinhil, sir please help me.

I had this problem also.  For me, checking "Allow non logged-in to send a recommendation or ask a question" in Virtuemart configuration fixed the blank page
