TOS no popup

Hi everybody

Have tried to find a solution for this but no luck so far. As you can see here - http://www.discsport.ee/pood/cart my shopping cart does not allow to register during checkout and don't show TOS as well. So if quests want to buy something they get an error message "Please accept the terms of service to confirm". But there's no place to confirm and no place to enter their name, address and so on.
Other problem is that if user now checks in. Then they see TOS link and can check it. But clicking on a link redirects them to frontpage and don't show TOS at all (no pop up window will appear).

I have entered TOS from backend (shop-...-TOS).
Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER?   check
Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout?   check
On checkout, ask for registration   check
Only registered users can checkout    check

A TOS issue was fixed after 2.0.26, so suggest you update to 2.0.26D

Thank you. It worked. But one issue remained. Link of the TOS still redirects to frontpage and don't show terms in the pop up window. What should I do to fix this?

Your TOS may be too long or you have a JavaScript or url issue.

Problem remains if I leave only couple of words. And how can I check JavaScript and url issue?

url issue - turn off all SEF and test.
