Product Condition Codes Icons New, Used, Refurbished w/tool tip

I was wondering if any of you VirtueMarters know of any plugins or code reworks to implement Product Conditions icons with tool tips via the Custom Fields tool? Basicly I would like to be able to add a New, Used, Opened & Resealed box Icon with Tool Tip to products. I have attached some images of a site that has a similar function.

Any help would be GREAT!
