Can I remove brackets using overides

I have used the language override to change the shipping (discount/fee) to just "Fee". However I would like to remove the brackets. Is this possible with an override? If not, can someone let me know which files I need to edit to get rid of these.

Either hack that or over ride it in what ever shipping plugin your using
