SOS!!the shipping chart does not display the products selected and order

I habe installed virtuemart in joomla mynxx template.

The products are properly displaied as well the "add to cart" banner under each products.

But one the user click on the banner the shipping cart does not include the product to start the checkout.

SOS!!Can anybody help me, i do not just what can happen.
