checkout bug

hi

can anyone please help me with this big issue i have on my website.

when i add an item to my cart and click checkout the address fields have repopulated data 'shipment' and i have no idea where this is coming from

please see attached images

any support would be much appreciated

Looks like you are using overrides? A commercial theme?

Check Shopper Fields for First Name tetc to check is there is a Default value entered.

I don't use themes i create my own.

Thanks you are right some how the shipment is in the fields default value.
