RE: "Call for price" and/or "Ask a question about this product"

Hi!,

I have a problem! I add a product and put no prices so people can "Call for price". When I click "Call for pricing" a popup comes up. I fill out the form information and when I click "Send your question" button I get a blank page and no email arrives. What should it be the error?

I'm using:

Virtuemart version 2.0.22c
Joomla! 2.5.7

You can check it here www.creativepersona.com --> "Services" --> "our Shop"

The "Recommend to a friend" works fine, actually every form works within the website (Register, contact us, etc...).

What is your setting for "Allow non logged to send questions" in Configuration/Shopfront?

The "Allow non logged to send questions" is unchecked.

I created a user:

OK, now enable Allow non logged to send questions and see if that fixes your blank page.

Yes, the problem persist with Beez2 - Default and other templates!

On Firefox I can't reproduce your issue.

For me on Firefox24 the ask question and call for price both display correctly

They display correctly on every available browser, but it won't function correctly! Once you click "SUBMIT", that's when the error displays with the blank page.

Blank page is known on this forum issue. Search a bit forum FAQs and you will know how to research issue with a blank screen.
I turned on Displaying Errors in Joomla config and ->
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in /home/persona/public_html/components/com_virtuemart/controllers/productdetails.php on line 82
Mb PHP extensions probably not installed on your hosting. Call your hosting support.

Select Profile --> Customize --> Select Apache Version --> Select PHP Version --> Exhaustive Options List --> Check "Mbstring"
