Make an offer plugin ?

I am just wondering if a plugin/component exists that will allow our visitors to make their "best offer" on a product, they would of course need to register for an account at the same time  - at which point we capture their details for future marketing.  I am NOT A PROGRAMMER so any solution would need to be plugin based if possible.

Would need to be Captcha/reCaptcha aware of course.

Any thoughts/ideas appreciated ?

Bearing in mind the problems I have had with the "ask a question" form, I would prefer not go down the route of hacking that as a solution

Well having used Virtuemart for a number of years now I have had bad experiences with it in the past being used for spam purposes, but I am sure these problems are dealt with now ? My problem in this particular circumstance is also that this functiionality would only need to be available on products available for offers - not on every product. I am almost sure I could achieve this with a seperate flypage but not 100% sure on how to deliver it most effectlively.

As I have stated before, I am no programmer so these are merely ideas in my imagination for now....making them happen requires help for beings with much more talent then me.

did you mean CSVI improved as in http://www.csvimproved.com - I might be confused but this is an import/export component isnt it ?
