custom field variable

Hi there!

I have a custom category page with a little jquery & a custom sendmail.php. In that category page I have some custom fields (at child products). I can reach the custom_value variable in the mail (but it is send all the values), and the virtuemart_customfield_id.
How can I send only the selected custom field value via e-mail?
