terms of service checkbox is checked

Hi,

I have a small problem with the terms of service checkbox. It is checked by default on my site. I dont want that, but cant find a way to uncheck it.

I use vm 2.022a on the nano tamplate from virtuemarttemplates.net

You wouldn't have shoppers on your web site with superadmin status.

You could test your issue with the user which have Registered status.

So register on your web site as the normal visitor.

I don't understand you clearly. With my access this checkbox is unchecked by default. Is this right behavior of that checkbox?

You are absolutely right.
I checked the site with your login and the box was unchecked. This confused me, cause i had it checked yesterday. No matter what i tried, it didnt get unchecked.
So i logged back in as super user (this way i was logging in yesterday, all day) and the box was checked again!

So it appears to be checked when logged in as a super user and unchecked when logged in otherwise or even when not logged in.

If you have an explanation for this, i would love to hear it. If not, then ok, i will leave it as it is.

I did test it with a normal registered user and test it with a non-registered user.
Both times the box was unchecked.

Youre right, no shopper will ever log on as a super user. So i will consider this problem as solved.
Although i still think its strange that the box gets checked when a super user logs on.

Maybe its because they made the T.O.S. and thus always agree with it.
