Hi,

Sorry in advance as I know this is going to be a very basic solution however I can't find the answer in the forums.

I created 2 templates, one for the VM Front Page which has 2 side columns & one for VM Products which has one LHS column.

I created a menu item "VM Front Page" for the 2 side columns template.

In VM templates itself I set "Select the default template for your Shop" I set it as the 2 Side columns style template / I set "Category Template" as the 1 Column template.

My problem is when I create a module for the RHS column it shows on all pages where I was hoping it would show on the "VM Front Page" only.

I'm having a problem using the right search criteria to find a solution in the forums where I'm pretty sure there be an answer.

Spent a lot of time going around in circles & as a last resort had to post the question sorry.

Thank You
Max

PS: I hope the way I explained my above probles doesn't read as double Dutch.

Hi Maxim

I put a Parcel Tracking module in the RHS index as an example

VM Frontpage: http://www.procharge.com.au/shop-online This template is correct 2 outer side columns

All other pages should only have only a LHS column yet the Parcel Tracking module still displays: http://www.procharge.com.au/shop-online/boost-control/wastegates

Thx for having a look

Do you have a menu item to this category http://www.procharge.com.au/shop-online/boost-control/wastegates ?
(Be informed about potential seo issues with creating additional menu items http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=117507.0)

Another fast options are

and paid - Advanced Module Manager

By menu item do you mean the main top menu which the answer would be no or if you mean the Online Products menu on the LHS the answer would be yes = Boost Control -> Wastegates

I think it could be whatever place of menu item: either in displayed menus or in hidden menus.

Hi Maxim,

I read all the links you posted above & note the problematic issues that may arrise.

For anyone reading this post a simple but no perfect way around it is to create an Aaticle using whatever template & make your VM "front page" menu as a sub-directory of the former article menu.

Breadcrumbs work properly for these pages as well.

Thanks Maxim
Cheers
