Grouping custom fields

Did anybody find a way to group custom fields, preferably with a title?

My products have long lists of Boolean options, so a lot of yes/no and I would like to set them in groups:

Option1 (titel)
Custom boolean field yes/no
Custom boolean field yes/no
Custom boolean field yes/no
Custom boolean field yes/no

Option1 (title)
Custom boolean field yes/no
Custom boolean field yes/no
Custom boolean field yes/no
Custom boolean field yes/no

the custom fields are all cart attributes and I didn't see a way to create a title in there. For the top I have added a title in the template override but that's not really friendly for my clients.

Suggestions?

Each custom fields could be assigned to a specific position.
You could write manually in template override titles near specific mentioned positions.

There is a type for custom fields called 'Parent'.
