Re-order products

Hi Milbo and all the community,
I'm helping my client Datatex (http://www.datatex-italia.com/) to migrate to VirtueMart 2 and he has encountered this problem already met by other users

When in a product category, we are trying to reorder the products. The up/down arrows seem to work in a completely bizarre way, sometimes resetting order numbers to 1, sometimes reordering them to the same as another product order number - effectively not working in the way it should work.

I'm going to make a donation of € 50.00 by Datatex, who thanked for the work that you continues to do on VirtueMart.

The latest version under testing has drag 'n drop ordering for products which works well. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=115877.0

This should be released as 2.0.22 stable version very soon.
