Virtuemart Download URL out of service

I am trying all the links to download the last version of vm: http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/596/com_virtuemart.2.0.20b_extract_first.targz.zip
But i have after a long wait a 504 Error, tried already with two different ISP's

The dev server is having issues - it is up now at http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files  but no idea how long for as it has been up & down the last few days.
