Name and e-Mail is missing/Price on request - "It was asked a question by ()"

Hello.
I am Masl from Germany and I have a problem with the "Price on request" or "Ask a question about this product". The Name and email address are not transferred in the E-Mails I get. So unfortunately I just get an email that looks like this:

Seller XXXXX

Question XXX

It was asked a question by ()
text

The name and the email address of the person who asked a question, are therefore not transmitted. Only the text is transferred.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Possibly a language file issue. Are you using template overrides?
