V2.0.20b major issues

Since upgrading... (2.0.18c)
Adding tax is now SUBTRACTING from the price
Cannot delete from shopping cart
Does not show shipping information

Not sure what else is buggered up...

The site has been running flawlessly up until the upgrade....

Customers are hounding me for answers.

If this is a general forum, who do we actually ask for help.

Looking through the forum, there are many questions left unanswered and it appears that users are left to fend for themselves.

ISTR a fix for subtracting tax was posted a few weeks ago - probably on the pricing board. In any case it does not happen with the current version.

I normally get on with running my airsoft shop and dont spend time watching software updates.
Its tough when your livelyhood hangs on the website and you cant get help to fix major issues.

I havent made a sale in a few days now and I have school fees coming up for my kids soon.... Its a sickening feeling!

can you revert the upgrade,    if everything was flawless up to that point    than revert
