Shopper Group Description

Hello all
I want to show the shopper group description that I fill in backend to shopping cart. Can this be done?
Or else if there is a way that I can put a message to cart depending on shopper group.

I am attaching two images to show what exactly I mean.
I want the description shown in the first image to show it to the second image.
I found that this is stored in virtuemart_shoppergroups in shopper_group_desc but i don't know how can I get it and show it in the cart depending on the user group
