How do i able to fetch cart details when user has not click on check out button?

Hi,
I am working on one module and for that i have to retrieve cart data such as (added products, cart id etc), and users' data such as (name, email add, add, contact details). How do i able to fetch those data?

The cart data is stored in the user's browser session should not be available.
