Would VirtueMart be suitable for us?

Hi,

We're considering migrating our website http://www.pinklilac.co.uk to VirtueMart.  It's currently a simple website without any affiliates, gift vouchers etc and checkout is by PayPal.  Would VirtueMart be too much for our site or do you think it's a reasonable choice?  We're currently on shared hosting and will probably not want to upgrade that without a good reason.  We are, of course, considering other cart systems too.

Any (unbiased!) thoughts?
