display all shipping and payment methods to choose on checkout page itself

Hi Guys,

I am new VM 2.

I am on checkout page, is there any way we can display all the shipping and payment modules on that same page so that users can choose shipping methods there itself instead of going to another page and choose a method ?

Please suggest.
