sort products by manual ordering

Hi,

I have 2 urgent problems!

1 - my client asked me to sort the products by a manual order, and not alphabet order.
I changed the settings in the sort field of the store but I now see I have no ordering culumn in the product list.
How can I set a product ordering manually?

2 - after upgrading to the latest version    2.0.20b - I now have a "com_rsform_plugins" inside my shop URLs - why did it happen and how can I remove it?
