Fatal error: Allowed memory size even when i increase the memory limit

I have increase the memory limit to 256M but still when I try to do an order it gives an error.

I installed virtuemart 2.0.20b but I couldnt get the safe path working So I uninstalled that and installed 2.0.18 and I am running Joomla 2.5.9

I am using many commercial extensions like (One Page Checkout and Offline Credit Card).

Can someone look in to it and help me. I dont know what to do. when I research on the error it says if u increase the memory limit of php it will work. but it seems not..
