Sales tag on picture to deactivate

Hi

im currently running virtue mart 2.0.15 and on my website i have a tag running across all the pictures displaying the word sale.

can i please get a run through of how to disable this.

Deactivate or uninstall whatever Joomla plugin is responsible. It is not a VirtueMart function.
