How to send 'notify me' e-mail automatically when stock is raised

Joomla version: 2.5.8
Virtuemart version: 2.0.18a

In Virtuemart 1, when an user pressed the notify me button and filled in his/her e-mailaddress, there was automatically an e-mail send when the stock was raised.
In Virtuemart 2, this has to be done manually, but is there a way to send the e-mails automatically again?

Hope someone can help.
