Cyrillic characters in cart popup

Hello,
I'm using VM2 for a online shop in bulgarian and I have problems with the product names in the cart popup window. As long as it is in bulgarian, the product name is displaied as it is shown in the screenshot. I guess that some file needs to be converted in UTF-8, but I did this for all the JS files located in those folders:
   components/com_virtuemart/assets/js
   administrator/components/com_virtuemart/assets/js
and I still have no success. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Have you tested in Beez5 template? I have the same problem with Gantry Framework default template with spanish accents but not with Beez5.

Yes, I did. I've tried with Atomic and Beez5 and it's the same.
