Hide empty fields in invoice

Hello!

Have an problem, i have som custom fields that are "cart variation", those fields are not required, only optional. The problem is that if the customer dosent choose any of the attributes, the labels of the fields still gets printed in the order confirmation and in the invoice, is there any way to hide this from the order confirmation and in the invoice so that the lables wont get printed if the customer havent choose any of the options?

I have Virtuemart 2.0.14 and Joomla 2.5.6 installed.

Just to clarify what i am trying to achieve. I have two cart variation parents within every product, one named "stock item", one named "order items". Each parent has two drop down fields under, named color and size. If the customer choose to order an item with values from "Stock items", i dont want "order items" and the lables of the field connected to "order items" to show in order confirmation, invoice etc. This just confuses customers if those empty fields labels  shows up in invoice and order confirmation.

Hope some one can help me with this.
