TOS Checkbox in IE

Hi

I've done a search but not sure if this has come up before.  I've just found out that the Terms checkbox before people can checkout takes ages to activate when ticked.  So long that I've had at least one customer think that it didn't work at all.  The only reason I know is because I installed Zopim live chat!

I don't have IE9 but a friend has tried and they said the same.  You check it, go and make a cup of tea, come back and it's ticked.

Any one else seen this?
