Can I set up VM2 to allow customers to pay what they want?

I know it sounds dumb. 

But here's what a client has just emailed me asking...

Customer pays anything above 99 cents, gets a license by email and repeat this until all licenses are exhausted.

Don't ask me why he wants this, but anyway I can't for the life of me fathom out how to allow people to pay what they want, especially with an enforced minimum of 99c. Does anyone know if it's possible?
