New customer

When a new customer registers trough virtuemart account maintanance he gets an email with activation link. Following this link there is an error. "Activation code not found".
Is this a mistake in the activation mail? How to change the mail?

This is the Joomla activation email.. i don't see any error at all.

The error occurs when the new customer tries to activate the account. "Activation code not found" Checking the data base the code is there. But Joomla cann't find it!
