paypal asks for zip code then calculates shipping

Hi,
When users are redirected to paypal for payment, there's a small area that asks for zip code.  Once that's entered, a new shipping amount is calculated.  I need to disable this. Is this done somewhere in the paypal payment plugin or in my paypal account settings?

Sorry, found it in the payment plugin params under "don't prompt user for address"
Pretty obvious...
