Virtuemart refresh icon button is hidden under blocks of color

On the checkout page in the cart, the position where the icon would be is 3 layers of a block of color. How do I unmask the arrows icon without turning off all the button on my site?

Maybe your template overrides VirtueMart's orginal vmsite-ltr.css file, but doesn't provide the correct path to the refresh icon. Maybe this short explanation helps to understand the problem: http://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/33-templating-layouts/106-override-vmsite-ltr-css.html
