Customize vendorAddress on invoice

I want to customize my vendor address so that the invoice shows fewer of the fields but I can't locate the function that assembles the fields in this variable. I want to eliminate a few of the vendor fields and change the way they are displayed.

I've been in the com_virtuemart/views/invoice/ directory but can't seem to break this function apart.
