No payment and no shipment methods

Hi,
i get an error in the frontend:
        No payment method has been configurated , please visit http://www.jb-soft.nl/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=paymentmethod
        No shipment method has been configurated , please visit http://www.jb-soft.nl/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=shipmentmethod

No all he payment and shipment plugins are enabled. (although i only have donwloadable products, so i do no need any shipment)
But in the backend (in viruemart)  i can not find any payment methods to configure.

Can some one help me here.
I found no results searching the forum.

Hi,
yes i did.
And i found how to install paypal. Thats is what i needed.

But still looking for the eror messag on the shipment. I do not need any shipment. Because i only have downloadable products.

You cannot turn off the shipment, but you can create one shipment method called "no shipment".
If the configuration parameter "automatic select shipment" is checked, then your customer does not need to choose the shipment.

you need to explain what version of joomla and virtuemart and php otherwise people wont be able to give you the correct information.

It is Joomla 1.5
VM 2.0.12
